Basic return conditions
Original packaging
When returning or exchanging a product, the carton and packaging materials must be in their original condition. The product must be complete with all its accessories and accompanied by all original documents.
Accessory gifts
If a gift was included with the purchase, it must be returned with the device.
Failure to return all accessories will result in the exchange or return request being rejected.
Discount or offer
In the case of returning or exchanging a product purchased with a discount or special offer, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
Shipping costs
In cases of exchange or return requests with a free shipping offer, the customer bears the shipping, return, and cash collection fees.

If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, even if it has no manufacturing defect, within 14 days of purchase:
- If the device box is unopened and the device is in its original condition: the product will be exchanged with a refund of the price difference between models, if any, or the product will be returned and its value refunded. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping, return, and cash collection fees.
- If the device box has been opened: the device will be replaced or returned and its value refunded after deducting 5% packaging from the total value of the device.
