Shipping time is calculated from the date of order confirmation and release for shipping.

Cancellation policy

In case of product return or exchange processes, the customer holds accountable to all applicable shipping costs if benefited from the company’s free shipping offer when getting the product at the first place

In addition, in case of online payment via VISA / MasterCash, an expense of (2% + 5 EGP) will be deducted from the value of the device and the amount will be refunded within 14 days. In case of payment via FAWRY, Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash or Meeza, an administrative expense of (1.5% + 5 EGP) will be deducted from the value of the device.
